We understand that there are times when you need to miss an appt due to emergencies. However, when you do not call ahead of time/reschedule/cancel, our small business is affected. Without a 24 hour notice, we are not given enough time to fill your spot for another client who may be waiting for a sooner appt. Conversely, the same situation m ay arise where another client fails to reschedule ahead of time and then we are unable to book your appt due to a visible lack of time within the schedule. 

We ask that when you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hr notice. Any clients who No-Call/No-Show or cancels without 24hrs notice will be charged a No-Show fee of $30 per missed appointment. 

Again, we understand things do come up, but we do ask that you communicate in a timely manner for everyone involved so we can serve you best.
